摘要
本文基于中国石化石油工程境外业务,从加强石油工程境外机构纪检监察工作出发,结合境外工作特点和实际需要,提出了以区域党工委为依托,建立纪工委的构想,并对石油工程境外区域纪工委体制设置、工作职责及运行机制进行了研究。
The paper addresses the need to strengthen discipline inspection and supervision in overseas petroleum engineering branches of SINOPEC. Taking into consideration the characteristics and practical needs of operations overseas, the paper puts forward the idea of establishing a discipline committee on the basis of the regional Party Working Committee, and discusses the organizational structure, functions and operational mechanism of the regional discipline committee.
