《巴黎协定》的挑战及国际油气公司的应对

Challenges Brought by the Paris Agreement and the Responses of International Oil and Gas Companies

《巴黎协定》已于2016年11月4日生效,其2℃目标将对国际政治、经济与能源版图产生深远影响。本文分析了《巴黎协定》和《中国国家自主贡献》的主要内容和影响,总结了国际油气公司的碳排放现状和低碳实践,并在此基础上提出了中国油气企业应对《巴黎协定》挑战的建议。

The Paris Agreement has come into effect since November 4, 2016. The 2℃ Target arising from the Paris Agreement will have a profound influence on the international political, economic and energy landscape. This paper analyzes the main content and effects of the Paris Agreement and the Intended Nationally Determined Contributions of China, and sums up the status quo of carbon emission of major international oil and gas companies, as well as their low carbon practices. On this basis, this paper offers some suggestions for oil and gas companies in China to address challenges brought by the Paris Agreement.
