摘要
职业教育的办学目标内置了工匠精神的培育内涵,有着培养具有大国工匠潜质优秀技术技能型人才的天然义务和必然担当。职业教育把培育工匠精神作为最大使命和担当,有利于进一步认清和明确职业教育的功能定位,厚植和培育职教特色文化,探索和完善人才培养模式及其平台。职业教育利益相关者应在培育工匠精神中明确担当和责任,不忘初心,有所作为。
The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is one of the build-in connotations of vocational education,which is inherently obliged and committed to cultivate technically skilled talents who are possessed withpotentials to be great craftsmen of the nation. To take the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit as the top missionand commitment of vocational education will help clarify the functions of vocational education,enhance thebuilding of profession-characterized culture,and improve the talent cultivation mode and the building of talentcultivation platforms. The parties involved in vocational education should be aware of their commitment and responsibilities,keeping in mind their original mission and striving for a success.
