现代职业人的提出源自对现实生活中出现的"职业人现象"和"职业人困境"的反思。现代职业人是适应现代职业的分工规律、运动规律、目标规律和组织规律而产生的具有丰富内涵的人。现代职业人理念为职业教育和职业人发展提供了重要的启示。
The concept of＂modern professionals＂is originated from reflections on the present real-life professionals phenomenon and the plights of professionals.＂Modern professionals＂has multiple meanings;theydevelop in line with the laws for labor force division and the laws for modern professional motion,targets andorganization. The concept of＂modern professionals＂provides significant enlightenments for the development of professionals and modern vocational education.
