双向电渗技术在沿海地区小型桥梁中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 作为一种新型混凝土结构耐久性提升技术,双向电渗技术将氯离子排出混凝土的同时将阻锈剂迁移到钢筋表面,既消除了引起钢筋锈蚀的外因,又阻止了钢筋继续锈蚀,起到了双重防护作用。文章以南通市某一中小型桥梁为例,对该技术的应用和施工安装方法进行了详细的介绍。工程应用结果表明,该技术能有效去除混凝土内部80%左右的氯离子,同时使钢筋表面的阻锈剂浓度与氯离子浓度比值大于1,显著降低了钢筋锈蚀的风险。 As a new kind of concrete structure durability enhancement technology, bidirectional electro-migration rehabilitation method(BIEM) extracts chloride ion while migrating corrosion inhibitor into steel surface. By using this technology, the inducement of corrosion is eliminated and the reinforcement corrosion is prevented. Taking a medium size bridge located in Nantong as an example, the application and construction as well as installation of BIEM were introduced. Application results indicated that this technology can effectively extracted 80% chloride ion inside the concrete, and the ratio of inhibitor concentration and chloride ion concentration on the rebar surface was above 1, which significantly reduced the risk of the reinforcement corrosion.
