摘要
为加强高速公路收费管理,打击逃费行为,文章对硬件数据传输资源进行合理利用和挖掘,通过改造称台与软件通讯协议,将轴组数据拆分为单轴数据进行分析并重新组合进行费率计算,再辅助后台管理监督,开发了逃费智能报警监测系统。通过货车智能报警检测系统,可以保证称重数据上传的完整性和原始性,大幅度减少了通行费的流失。
In order to improve expressway toll management and fight escaped toll behavior, reasonable using of data transmission resources and data mining are conducted, through transformation of weight platform and software communication protocol symmetric, axial length group data are split into uniaxial data and analyzed to calculate rate, intelligent alarm monitoring system are developed combining with background management. By intelligent alarm monitoring system, integrity and primitiveness of weight data are protected, toll loss are reduced.
