摘要 目的分析放射工作人员个人剂量监测及结果,为相关防护工作提供理论依据。方法选择2015年1月—2016年1月我院工作的32例放射科工作人员为研究对象,对其开展个人剂量监测,分析结果。结果年累计剂量在0~2 m Sv者共计30例,2~5 m Sv 2例。年人均有效剂量为0.49 m Sv/年。辐射剂量在400μGy/h以上共6例,手术位者以及助手位者各3例,手术位下肢辐射剂量最高为459.41μGy/h,腹部为215.81μGy/h,手术位不同位置的辐射水平差异存在统计学意义。助手位腹位辐射最高剂量为303.96μGy/h,其次为下肢辐射剂量为257.26μGy/h,数据差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论我院介入放射工作者的个人剂量水平偏低,透视防护区工作者的下肢位以及腹部存在外漏射线情况,因此应加大防护力度。 Objective To analyze the personal dose monitoring and results of radiological personnel and to provide theoretical basis for relevant protection work. Methods 32 works in radiology department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were chosen as the study subjects, and the individual dose monitoring was carried out and the results were analyzed. Results A total of 30 cases had 0~2 m Sv of accumulated annual doses, 2 cases had 2~5 m Sv. Annual per effective dose was 0.49 m Sv/year. 6 cases had a radiation dose of 400 μGy/h, 3 cases of surgery position and 3 cases of assistant position, lower limb radiation dose of surgery position was up to 459.41 μGy/h, abdomen was 215.81 μGy/h, there was significant difference of the radiation level between surgery position and assistant position. The highest dose of assistant position was 303.96 μGy/h in abdomen, followed by the 257.26 μGy/h in lower limb, there was significantly different, P 0.05. Conclusion The level of personal dose of interventional radiologists in our hospital is low, and there is leakage of radiation in the position of lower limb and abdomen of the workers in the protection area, the protect level should be strengthened.
