诊断相关分组(DRGs)通过规范医院的诊疗过程、集约医疗资源的方式控制医疗服务费用过快增长。同时,它被运用于医院绩效管理和院内医疗费用控制。分析和总结当前国内医院开展此方法的成就和得失,发现此方法在实践中的局限和前景,为进一步研究DRGs运用于医院绩效管理和内部控费提供借鉴。

The diagnosis related groups achieved goals of controlling health care cost excessive growth by standardizing hospitals＇ treatment procession and intensifying health resource. Meanwhile, it used in hospital performance management and interior payment control. By Analysis and summary of the achievements and gains and losses in internal hospitals which using this method at present, and to find out its limitations and prospects. To provide reference for next approach research and utilization on hospital performance evaluation and interior cost control.
