Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎的效果分析与评定

Effect and Evaluation on Vitapex Paste on Chronic Periapical Periodontitis in Deciduous Teeth

目的探讨分析与评定Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎的效果。方法将收治的乳牙慢性根尖周炎患者中纳入100例,随机分为两组;对照组采用碘仿氧化锌糊剂治疗,实验组应用Vitapex糊剂治疗。持续跟踪随访6个月,研究结束后将两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果对照组疼痛改善情况低于实验组(P<0.05);对照组糊剂吸收率低于实验组(P<0.05);对照组临床治疗效果低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论在给予乳牙慢性根尖周炎患者实施治疗中应用Vitapex糊剂不仅操作便捷,疼痛程度轻,而且临床效果显著,有极高的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Vitapex paste in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis in deciduous teeth. Methods 100 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. The reference group was treated with iodoform zinc oxide paste, and the experimental group was treated with Vitapex paste. Continuous follow-up was followed for six months. After the study, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The improvement of pain in the reference group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group（P 0.05）. The absorbance of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group（P 0.05）. The clinical effect of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Vitapex paste is not only easy to operate, but also has a high clinical effect and a high clinical value in the treatment of patients with chronic periapical periodontitis.
