导联动态心电图在门诊心律失常诊断中的应用分析

Application of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Arrhythmia in Outpatient Department

目的分析导联动态心电图在门诊心律失常诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的202例心律失常患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组实行导联动态心电图检查,对照组实行常规心电图检查,观察两组心肌缺血情况、心律失常检查情况。结果两组心肌缺血情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组室性早搏二/三联、短阵室上速、房性早搏二/三联检查结果进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊心律失常诊断中应用导联动态心电图,可及早发现心律失常,且诊断准确率较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in outpatient department. Methods 202 cases of arrhythmia patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given dynamic electrocardiogram, the control group was given routine ECG examination, the myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia examination were observed in the two groups. Results The difference of myocardial ischemia between the two groups was significant, P 0.05. Two groups of ventricular premature beats two/triple, short array, supraventricular tachycardia, atrial premature two/triple examination results were compared,the difference was statistically significant, P 0.05. Conclusion The application ofdynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia can be used to detect arrhythmia at early stage, and the diagnostic accuracy is higher.
