改良式雾化器在脑梗死伴肺部感染患者中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不同体位对雾化效果的影响,比较改良式雾化器与普通雾化器的雾化效果。方法将2016年9月1日—2017年3月25日收住神经内科的90例脑梗死伴肺部感染的患者随机分成A组、B组及C组,三组患者雾化时给予的氧流量、药物名称、剂量及雾化时间均相同。A组患者采取半卧位,使用普通雾化器;B组患者采取平卧位,使用普通雾化器;C组患者采取平卧位,使用改良式雾化器进行雾化,观察三组患者在相同氧流量、药物名称、剂量及雾化时间的雾化液剩余量。结果 A组与B组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);B组与C组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);A组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雾化时采用半卧位的雾化效果优于平卧位,因病情不能采取半卧位的患者,采用改良式雾化器进行雾化,可以取到相同的效果。 Objective To explore the influence of different positions on the atomized effect, and compare the atomized effect with the modified atomizer and the normal atomizer. Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction and lung infection were randomly divided into A group(n=30) and B group(n =30) and C group(n =30) from September 1, 2016 to March 25, 2017. The three groups of patients were given the same oxygen flow rate, drug name, drug dosage and atomized time. The patients of group A were placed semi-reclining position, normal atomizer was used. The patients of group B were placed horizontal position, ordinary atomizer was used, and the patients of group C were placed horizontal position, modified atomizer was used. Under the same condition of oxygen flow rate, drug name, dose and atomized time, the remaining amount of atomized liquid were observed between the three groups. Results The results indicated that the difference between the group A and group B was statistically significant(P 0.01), and the difference between the group B and group C was statistically significant(P 0.01), and there was no significant difference between the group A and group C(P 0.05). Conclusion The atomized effect is better with the semi-reclining position than horizontal position, can use modified atomizer to atomize for the patient who can not take the semireclining position, it works the same effect.
