恙虫病误诊误治临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Misdiagnosis and Mistreatment of Tsutsugamushi Disease

目的探讨分析恙虫病误诊误治临床情况。方法选取我院收治的1例恙虫病患者为研究对象,总结分析恙虫病的临床表现、诊断及治疗,并对该例患者误诊为重症肺炎的原因进行分析。结果恙虫病症状复杂,且不典型,容易出现误诊误治,但多数有典型体征,即皮肤见典型焦痂,需考虑本病。结论恙虫病病情复杂,详细询问病史及体检对恙虫病早期诊断有重要意义,避免误诊误治。

Objective To analyze the clinical situation of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of tsutsugamushi disease. Methods A total of 1 patients with tsutsugamushi disease were selected as the research objects, and the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of scrub typhus were summarized and analyzed. The causes of misdiagnosis of severe pneumonia in the patient were analyzed. Results The symptoms of tsutsugamushi disease were complex, atypical and easily misdiagnosed and misdiagnosed, but most of them had typical signs. The typical skin eschar need to consider the disease. Conclusion Tsutsugamushi disease is complicated. Detailed history and physical examination are very important for early diagnosis of tsutsugamushi disease, avoiding misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
