顺铂联合紫杉醇同步放化疗对老年食管癌的治疗价值分析与评定

Analysis and Evaluation on the Therapeutic Value of Cisplatin Combined With Paclitaxel in the Treatment of Senile Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨顺铂联合紫杉醇同步放化疗对老年食管癌的治疗价值。方法将2014年1月—2016年12月50例老年食管癌患者作为对象,依据数字表法分组,各有25例。对照组采用顺铂联合紫杉醇化疗方案进行序贯放化疗,观察组采用顺铂联合紫杉醇化疗方案进行同步放化疗。比较两组老年食管癌近期疗效;骨髓抑制、神经系统毒性等毒副作用发生率。结果观察组老年食管癌近期疗效高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组骨髓抑制、神经系统毒性等毒副作用发生率和对照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论顺铂联合紫杉醇同步放化疗对老年食管癌的治疗价值高,可有效提高近期治疗效果,未增加毒副作用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of cisplatin combined with paclitaxel in the treatment of senile esophageal cancer. Methods 50 patients with esophageal cancer from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the digital table method, there were 25 cases in each group. In the control group, sequential chemotherapy with cisplatin combined with paclitaxel was performed. The observation group was treated with cisplatin combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy for concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The shortterm efficacy of two groups of elderly patients with esophageal cancer, and the incidence of toxic and side effects of bone marrow suppression and nervous system toxicity were compared. Results The short-term efficacy of esophageal cancer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）. The incidence of bone marrow suppression and neurological toxicity in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Synchronous radiotherapy with cisplatin combined with paclitaxel has high therapeutic value for the treatment of senile esophageal cancer, which can effectively improve the recent therapeutic effect and not increase the side effects.
