针刀配合推脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Treated With Acupotomy Combined With Pushing Ridge

目的分析针刀配合推脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择我院自2010年1月—2016年12月收治的277例腰椎间盘突出症患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组140例给予腰椎牵引治疗,观察组137例给予针刀配合推脊治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为90.51%,高于对照组的70.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀配合推脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效可观,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with acupotomy combined with pushing ridge. Methods From January 2010 to December 2016, 277 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group（140 cases） was treated with lumbar traction, the observation group（137 cases） was given acupotomy combined with pushing ridge therapy. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.51%, which was higher than 70.71% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Acupotomy combined with pushing ridge treatment of lumbar disc herniation curative effect is considerable, worthy of application.
