脑电图-功能磁共振成像技术对局灶性癫痫致痫灶定位的作用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脑电图-功能磁共振成像技术在局灶性癫痫致痫灶定位诊断中的应用效果及价值。方法选取210例门诊确诊局灶性癫痫的患者实施脑电图-功能磁共振成像检查,回顾其监测结果。结果f MRI、EEG、EEG-f MRI定位颞叶致痫灶的符合率分别为72.4%、74.2%、81.4%。EEG-f MRI诊断符合率高于EEG、f MRI单独诊断率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑电图-功能磁共振成像技术可以对局灶性癫痫患者的致痫灶进行准确定位,为临床诊疗提供依据。 Objective To investigate the effect and value of EEG functional magnetic resonance imaging in localization of epileptogenic foci in focal epilepsy. Methods EEG findings of 210 patients with focal epilepsy diagnosed by clinic were retrospectively analyzed. Results f MRI, EEG, EEG-f MRI of the epilepsy rate were 72.4%, 74.2%, 81.4%. The diagnostic coincidence rate of EEG-f MRI was significantly higher than that of EEG and f MRI, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). ConclusionEEG f MRI can accurately locate epileptogenic foci in patients with focal epilepsy, and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
