摘要
目的分析外周静脉血标本溶血的原因。方法选择本院2015年6月—2017年8月选取的63例外周静脉溶血标本的资料,分析发生溶血的原因。结果护士操作的相关技术不当引发溶血出现率为71.43%(45/63);真空的负压管检验不合格导致出现率是12.70%(8/63);标本运送致其发生率是15.87%(10/63)。结论外周静脉血标本溶血产生原因较多,大多与护士在操作中技术不当有关,其次为负压管的检验合格率及标本的运送问题;静脉采血为临床中常规检验项目,但血液标本有效采集在患者整个治疗中起关键作用。对静脉血进行有效准确的采集能够提升检验结果的准确度,为机体生理和病理变化现象的推测可提供基础依据。
Objective To analyze the causes of hemolysis in peripheral venous blood samples. Methods The clinical data of 63 samples of peripheral venous hemolysis were selected from the hospital between June 2015 and August 2017 for the analysis of the causes of hemolysis. Results The incidence of hemolysis caused by related improper technical operation of the nurses was 71.43%(45/63); the incidence of hemolysis caused by unqualified vacuum negative pressure tube inspection results was 12.70%(8/63); the incidence of hemolysis during specimen transport was 15.87%(10/63). Conclusion There are many causes that can induce hemolysis in peripheral venous blood samples, with improper technical operation of the nurses ranking the first, followed by the negative pressure test tube pass rate and the shipment of the specimen; Venous blood is a routine test item in clinical practice, but effective collection of blood specimens plays a key role in the whole treatment of patients.
