快速康复外科理念在人工髋关节置换术后康复护理中的应用

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Rehabilitation Nursing After Artificial Hip Replacement

目的探讨快速康复外科理念在人工髋关节置换术患者中的可行性和应用效果。方法选取2015年11月—2016年10月我院收治的95例人工髋关节置换术患者为观察对象,将快速康复外科理念应用到术后患者康复护理中。结果 95例患者中,排除4例合并基础疾病较多、1例老年痴呆配合治疗依从性差的患者外,其余90例患者无1例发生术后并发症,全部治愈出院,平均住院时间为(13.0±1.4)d。结论将快速康复外科理念应用于人工髋关节置换术患者的术后康复护理中,可以有效降低并发症发生,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,患者对护理工作的满意度也提高。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing artificial hip replacement. Methods From November 2015 to October 2016, 95 patients with artificial hip replacement were selected as observation objects, and the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery was applied to postoperative rehabilitation nursing. Results Among the 95 patients, 4 cases were excluded with more underlying diseases, 1 cases of senile dementia with poor compliance. The remaining 90 patients had no postoperative complications, all of them were cured and discharged, and the average length of stay was（13.0±1.4） d.Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients of artificial hip replacement postoperative rehabilitation nursing, can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, can significantly shorten the time of hospitalization,reduce hospitalization expenses, patients satisfaction with nursing work is improving.
