卡片式心电检测仪在临床中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估E100卡片式心电检测仪记录心率和心律失常情况的准确性。方法研究纳入于陆军总医院就诊的门诊或住院期间的心脏健康受试者和心脏非健康(具有心律失常特征的人群)受试者共60例,采用自身对照配对实验设计,对同一受试者同时应用受试仪器和对照仪器采集其心电指标(包括心率、窦性心动过速和过缓、房颤、传导阻滞及ST改变等)并进行对比。结果两种仪器对心率的检测结果无明显差别(P>0.05)。除窦性心动过速两种仪器检测的一致率为83.3%外,两种仪器对ST段改变、窦性心动过缓、房颤、正常心率、室性早搏、完全性右束支传导阻滞、完全性左束支传导阻滞、窦性心律不齐、右位心的一致率均为100%,两种仪器对各种心律失常的检出率无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论E100卡片式心电检测仪对心率、心律失常及ST改变的检测有很好的准确性,可用于患者自我检测及心脏病前期的筛查。 Objective To review the accuracy of E100 card-type electrocardiograph in recording of heart rate(HR) and arrhythmia. Methods The subjects with health heart and non-health heart(with arrhythmia features, n=60) were chosen from the outpatient department or wards in the Chinese PLA Army General Hospital. The indexes of electrocardiogram(ECG, including HR, nodal tachycardia, nodal bradyarrhythmia, atrial fibrillation and conduction block) were collected and compared by using self-controlled paired design in every subject undergone simultaneously E100 card-type electrocardiograph and control electrocardiograph. Results The results of HR detection by 2 types of electrocardiographs had no significant difference(P〈0.05). The concordance rate of nodal tachycardia detected by 2 types of electrocardiographs was 83.3%, and was 100% of ST-segment change, nodal bradyarrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, normal HR, ventricular premature beat(VPB), total right bundle branch block(RBBB), total left bundle branch block, nodal arrhythmia and dextrocardia. The detection rate of different types of arrhythmia by 2 types of electrocardiographs had no significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of E100 card-type electrocardiograph is higher in detection of HR and arrhythmia, and it can be used in patients' self-examination and early screening of heart disease.
