线粒体代谢异常与心律失常的研究新进展 被引量:2

摘要 线粒体是人体心脏能量的主要来源,广泛存在于各种组织细胞中。心脏是一个高耗能,高耗氧的器官,心脏的正常收缩及电信号的正常传导依赖线粒体充足的能量供应。研究表明,线粒体代谢异常会导致ATP合成减少,进而引起一系列依赖ATP的离子通道状态的改变,导致心律失常,心力衰竭。线粒体代谢异常还导致心肌细胞超微结构的改变,导致电信号传导异常。最新研究表明,线粒体脂肪酸β氧化障碍与顽固室性心律失常.
