探析中学职业生涯规划教育的创新路径

高考改革的推进对中学的教学管理、大学的招生录取、考生学业规划和院校志愿报考均产生巨大的变化.职业生涯规划课程作为学业水平考试科目选择的重要指导课程正式进入中学教学变革体系中.随着新高考制度的落地,职业生涯规划教育将逐渐倒推至初级中学,小学乃至幼儿园.而在目前中学职业生涯规划教育匮乏的背景下,中学生普遍缺乏规划意识.本文结合中学职业生涯规划教育的重要性及其存在的问题,就中学职业生涯规划教育的创新路径加以探析.

The reform of National College Entrance Examination has brought great changes to the teaching managements of high school, the students enrol lment of colleges and universities, the academic planning of candidates and the choice of major of the senior high school students. Occupational planning , as an important guidance curriculum of the academic level examination subjects, formally entered into the high school,s teaching reform system. With the implementation of the new National College Entrance Examination system, the education of occupational planning will gradual ly be pushed to the junior high school, primary school and even kindergarten. However, under the background that the students in high school are lack of occupational planning education, they are generally lack of planning consciousness. Based on the importance and problems of occupational planning education in high school, this paper analyzes the innovational path of occupational planning education in high school.
