The focus of this study is on the research methods that will be adopted in the assessment of reasons as to why logistic companies are establishing their logistic centers at Yangtze River Delta. The main reason that has been identified in this study as having influenced the organizations to locate their operations there is the access to transport and infrastructure. The study is based on mixed research methods where data is collected from two organizations that have established their logistic companies in the area. In the study, questionnaires would be sent to employees in the logistic companies operating in the Yangtze Delta through emails. Qualitative analyses of data will be the most used method in the study. There are many benefits that the companies in the logistic industry will enjoy. They will be in a position to better organize their logistical activities. Random samplings will also employed on two of the logistics organizations operating at the Delta. The study will be based on sound ethical framework ensuring that the rights of all participants are observed.
