摘要
大唐鲁北发电厂2台330MW机组采用SCR脱硝装置、三分仓回转式空气预热器。在运行过程中,空预器出现较严重的堵塞现象,引起风烟系统多种缺陷,严重时影响机组出力。本文分析了空预器堵塞的原因,并结合原因分析给出了解决方案。由于SCR脱硝系统在国内广泛应用,本文对同类型的问题有一定参考价值。
Datang Lubei Power Generation Co. Ltd has2 × 330 MW units with SCR denitration device, three sectional regenerative air-preheater. During the operating process, the air pre-heater appeas serious plugging phenomena, which causing various defects of flue gas system and seriously affecting the unit＇s output. This paper analyzes the reasons of air preheater clogging, and gives the solution based on the analysis of the reason. Because the SCR denitrification system is widely used in China, this paper has a certain reference value to the same type of problems.
