全瓷冠加纤维桩修复前牙复杂冠根折的操作方式与效果

Operation mode and effect of all-ceramic crown plus fiber post in repairing complex crown and root fold

目的探讨全瓷冠加纤维桩修复前牙复杂冠根折的操作方式及效果。方法选取我院口腔科收治的前牙复杂冠根折患者95例(103颗患牙)作为研究对象,将其按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,观察组54例(60颗患牙)采用全瓷冠加纤维桩修复的方法进行治疗,对照组41例(43颗患牙)采用牙冠延长术及正畸牵引术联合治疗,比较两组患者的修复效果及修复后的并发症发生情况。结果观察组和对照组患者的前牙复杂冠根折修复有效率分别为95.0%和79.1%,修复后的并发症发生率分别为5.6%和29.3%,观察组显著优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全瓷冠加纤维桩修复前牙复杂冠根折的效果好,并发症发生率低,操作简便,是理想的修复方法。

Objective To explore the operation and effect of all-ceramic crown plus fiber post in repairing the complex crown of the anterior teeth.Methods 95 cases （103 teeth） were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.54 cases （60 teeth） were divided into two groups Forty- one patients （43 teeth） were treated with crown extension and orthodontic traction.The repairing effect and the complication were compared between the two groups.The patients were treated with all-ceramic crown and fiber fixation. Happening.Results The effective rates of the restoration of the anterior teeth were 95.0% and 79.1% in the observation group and the control group, respectively.The complication rate was 5.6% and 29.3% respectively.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,There was significant difference （ P 〈0 . 0 5）.Conclusion All-ceramic crown plus fiber post is effective in repairing the complex crown and root fracture of the anterior teeth. The complication rate is low and the operation is simple, which is the ideal repair method.
