摘要
分析了MVR蒸发技术在国内外的研究状况及发展趋势,探讨了江铜贵溪冶炼厂电解一系统净液系统存在的问题。在研究了MVR蒸发工艺设计原理的基础上,通过与传统蒸发器进行结构性能、能耗成本和效益等对比分析得出:MVR蒸发技术可大幅提高蒸发效率和能源利用率,有效提升阴极铜品质,节能降耗成效显著。
The research status and development trend of MVR evaporation technology both at home and a-broad are analyzed,and the problems existing in the copper electrolytic purification system of Guixi Smel-ter are discussed. On the basis of studying the design principle of MVR evaporation process,the structure performance,energy consumption cost and benefit of the traditional evaporator are compared and ana-lyzed. it is concluded that: MVR evaporation technology can greatly improve the evaporation efficiency and energy utilization ratio,effectively improve the quality of cathode copper, and it has significant a-chievements in energy saving and consumption reduction.
