红霉素与氯霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外联合抗菌试验

Effect of combination with erythromycinand chloromycetin on antibacterial actlvity in ritro

本文选择临床分离的30株金黄色葡萄球菌,观察红霉素与氯霉素联合后的抗菌作用。实验结果表明,两药联合对试验菌株呈协同作用的占73%,呈相加作用的占27%,无拮抗作用和无关作用。

The antibacterial activity of erythromycin andchloromycetin against 30 strains staphylococcus,isolated from the clinical laborateries in vitro. The experimental results showed that combina-tion with two drugs on the experimental strainswere about 73 per cent of synergism, 27 per cent ofadditive effect and not antagonism.
