摘要
为配合特高压线路施工跨越,吕梁电网安排500 kV吕贤双回、220 kV吕罗双回、吕汾双回停电检修工作。该项停电工作较为复杂,涉及上下级电磁环网线路同停、机组开机配合、网架热稳限制、专业部门协作、现场组织协调等内容。从吕梁电网六线同停计划实施安全风险管控角度,特别针对电网计算校核、等级事件预控、严重事故预想、现场组织实施等方面安全风险评估及管控,为较为复杂的电网设备停电检修工作提供典型思路。
In order to cope with the construction of the ultra-high voltage line, 500 kV Lvxian double power line, 220 kV Lvluo double power line and Lvfen double power line of Lvliang power grid are arranged for power-off maintenance, which is quite complicated,involving power line interruption on the upper and lower electric magnetic looped network, unit startup, the thermal stability of network, the cooperation of the professional departments and the coordination of organization on the scene and so on. From the view of implementing security risk assessment and management on six-power-line interruption in Lvliang power grid, especially on power grid calculation check,serious events pre-control, serious accidents forecast, organization and implementation on the scene, this paper provides a typical thought for more complex power-off maintenance.
