摘要 电气开关设备GIS具有许多常规敞开式变电站无法比拟的优点,但在运行中也暴露出许多内部绝缘故障,给发供电系统的安全运行造成严重的影响。结合某公司GIS内部绝缘故障事件的调研情况,从5个方面深入分析了实际现场中造成GIS内部绝缘故障的风险因素,并从质量管控措施的加强和现场绝缘试验的完善两个角度提出了减少GIS内部绝缘故障的对策,为能够有效控制绝缘故障提供借鉴参考。 Electrical switchgear GIS has many advantages, which conventional substations can't compare to. However, many internal insulation faults were exposed in operation, which seriously affects the safe operation of power system. Combined with the investigation of the GIS insulation failure in a company, the actual risk factors in the field are analyzed from five aspects in this paper. Measures are put forward to reduce the internal insulation failure of GIS from the aspects of enhancing quality control and perfecting field insulation test so that it can provide references for effective control of insulation failure.
