摘要 火力发电厂锅炉制粉系统一次冷风量不足,难于控制磨煤机出口温度,使机组运行的安全性和经济性均受到影响。根据实际运行参数及磨煤机出口设计温度要求,通过热力计算;结合现场实际布置情况,在空气预热器进出口之间增加旁路,并加有电动调节门。使一次冷风不足问题得到解决,并满足机组安全、经济运行。 It is difficult to control the outlet temperature of the pulverizer since the cold air flow of the boiler pulverizing system in thermal power plant is not sufficient, so that the safety and economy of the unit are affected. According to the actual operating parameters and the design requirements of the coal pulverizer's outlet temperature, through thermal calculation and combined with the actual layout on the scene, bypass is added between the inlet and outlet of air pre-heater with motorized regulating valve. Consequently, the problem of insufficient cold air is solved so as to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit.
