农业现代化与农民全面发展具有内在一致性。农业现代化能够解决农民生存性需要,为农民全面发展提供广阔的舞台,促进农民综合素质的提升,促进农民的全面发展;农民的全面发展反过来也会推动农业现代化进程,为农业现代化提供强大的内在动力。文章探讨农业现代化与农民全面发展的密切联系和内在统一,以及如何更好地实现二者的内在统一,将有助于深化农村供给侧改革和推进农业现代化的研究,期为"三农"问题解决和农业供给侧改革提供一些新的思路。

The issue of“agriculture, rural areas and farmers”has always been highly valued by the partyand the state. The modernization of peasants, that is, the development of peasants is of great significance tothe realization of agricultural modernization. Agricultural modernization and farmer development are inherentlyconsistent. Agricultural modernization can solve the survivability needs of farmers, providea broad stage forthe development of peasants, promote the improvement of the overall quality of farmers and promote theoverall development of farmers; the development of farmers in turn will promote the process of agriculturalmodernization, agricultural modernization to provide a strong inner power. It is helpful to deepen the reform ofrural supply side and to promote the study of agricultural modernization, and to solve the problem of＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ and to solve the problems of agriculture and rural agriculture, and toprovide some new ideas in agricultural supply side reform.
