From a certain level, the university library public cultural service belongs to the need tofurther enhance its service quality. This paper focuses on a series of problems in the process of providingpublic cultural services to the public in the university library, and then discusses the advantages of theuniversity library on the basis of fully combining their own practical work experience. And finally givesaseries of more feasible recommendations for the gradual improvement of the quality of the service.
