摘要
研究了溶胶-共沉淀法制备硅酸锆包裹硫硒化镉色料在水溶液体系中的合成工艺,主要探讨了两种加料工艺、更换硫源和硅源、固相合成温度等工艺因素的影响。实验表明:改进的硫源后置法对控制前驱体的团聚有较好效果,色料中具有4.2%小于2μm的小颗粒,但对整个色料的呈色效果改进并不明显。以硫脲为硫源取代硫化钠为能进一步控制前驱体的团聚,与硫化钠为硫源之间的色度差为△L=-0.76,△a=0.72,△b=0.34,硫脲有利于色料包裹率的提升;以HL365型白炭黑取代五水硅酸钠为硅源能大幅减少色料孔洞,与五水硅酸钠为硅源之间的色度差,在1100℃釉中为△L=0.66,△a=-0.16,△b=0.15,1100℃下合成色料的包裹量为6.1%,在1250℃釉中为△L=0.33,△a=1.13,△b=0.71,在高温釉中具有明显优势。
This paper studies the preparation of zirconium silicate encapsulated cadmium sulphide selenide pigment via the gel coprecipitation method in aqueous solution.The effects of two titration sequences,sulphur and silicon source substitution,synthesis temperature and atmosphere agent were discussed.The results indicate that when the sulphur was postposed,it had some benefit to the precursor dispersing and left 4.2% particles less than 2 μm,but barely affected the tinting capacity.The adoption of sulfourea can also relieve the agglomeration of the precursor,the D-values of the color between sodiμm sulfide and sulfourea are △L=-0.76,△a=0.72,△b=0.34.When substitute HL365 carbon white for sodiμm silicate can reduce the acid piking holes substantially,the D-value of color between sodiμm sulfide and sulfourea are △L=0.66,△a=-0.16,△b=0.15 in 1100 °C glaze and △L=0.33,△a=1.13,△b=0.71 in 1250 °C glaze,respectively.It has a decided advantage in high temperature glaze.The encapsulated Cd SxSe1-x occupied 6.1% of this sample.
