Preparation and Application of Low Temperature Fluxes for Pigments

通过合理的设计熔剂实验配方,分别制备高性能含铅和无铅低温熔剂,其与一定含量的色剂相结合所制备的无机颜料具有烧烤温度范围较宽、膨胀系数可调、遮盖力和化学稳定性强等优点。同时,该熔剂与多种颜色的色剂相匹配满足发色要求,生产工艺简单、成本较低。

Based on reasonably designed experimental flux recipes,high quality low temperature lead and lead-free fluxes were prepared,and then by mixing them with the right colorants to the appropriate ratios,some pigments were obtained.The pigment samples have wide sintering ranges,adjustable thermal expansion coefficients,high coating performance and chemical stability.The as-prepared fluxes are compatible with a variety of colorants,highly applicable for simple,cost-effective production of pigments of good chromaticity.
