Effects of Factors on Prognosis of Gurllian-Barrie Syndrome

目的 探讨影响格林 -巴利综合征预后的因素。方法 通过对 36例格林 -巴利综合征患者的发病年龄、起病形式、临床类型、治疗等方面分析、探讨其与预后的关系。结果 年龄 >5 0岁共 5例 ,死亡 3例 (6 0 % ) ;<4 9岁共 31例 ,死亡3例 (9 6 8% )。急性起病 2 5例 ,死亡 5例 (2 0 % ) ;普通起病 11例 ,死亡 1例 (9 0 9% )。周围神经合并呼吸肌麻痹型 3例 ,死亡3例 (10 0 % ) ;周围神经型 18例 ,无 1例死亡。结论 格林 -巴利综合征的预后受多因素影响 ,年龄 >5 0岁、急性起病。

Objective To investigate the factors tha t affect the prognosis of Guillian Barrie syndrome. Methods Through the analysis of the factors such as ages,i nvasion forms,clinical types and treatment of 36 cases with Guillian Barrie syndrome,the relationship of the factors and the prognosis were studied. Results In 5 cases of aged over 50, 3 cases died (60%).In 31 cases of aged ov er 49, 3 cases died (9.68%).In 25 cases of acute invasion, 5 cases died (20%).In 11 cases of ordinary invasion, 1 case died (9.09%).3 cases with perineurons and breathing muscles paralysis all died (100%).None of 18 cases of perineuron type died. Conclusions Acute invasion,aged over 50 years old and with bre athing muscle paralysis of Gullian Barrie syndrome's prognosis was unfavoura ble.
