摘要
高校思想政治理论课教师自身的心态和角色定位,不仅关系到自身政治素养的提高,而且直接关系到思想政治理论课教育教学的针对性、亲和力和实效性。临沂大学作为地方性革命老区大学,借助红色文化资源平台,将红色文化和沂蒙精神融入思想政治理论课育人体系中,教师的政治心态调适与角色重构是推进整个系统工程的关键环节。实现思想政治理论课教师的心态调适与角色重构,是老区大学特殊的职能和定位决定的,也是适应新课改和大学生政治心态实际的客观需要。沂蒙精神育人中教师做好心态调适就要心存敬畏,敬畏红色文化和沂蒙精神;实现角色重构就要行有担当,担当传承发展红色文化和培养沂蒙精神特质学子的重任。思想政治理论课教师要把握沂蒙精神与社会主义核心价值体系的高度一致,坚持加强师德师风建设和思想政治理论课教师的四个统一,坚持传统理论教材与校本教材开发的高度融合,坚持教学改革与实践拓展的有机统一。
The mentality and role for university teachers of ideological and political theory course not only relate to the improvement of their political accomplishments, but also directly relate to their teaching targets, affinity, and effectiveness. With the aid of red culture resources platform, the red culture and Yimeng spirit are integral in the system of ideological and political theories curriculum at Linyi University, which is a local university in an old revolutionary base areas. The key link in the whole system is teachers) political mentality adjustment and role reconstruction, which satisfy university) s special functions, social positions, the new curriculum reform and the objective demand of the college students) political mentality. The mentality adjustment requires college teachers to respect red culture and Yimeng spirit, and role reconstruction requires teacher to shoulder the responsibility of inheriting red culture and educating students to be a person possessing qualities of Yimeng spirit. Ideological and political theory course teachers should place high priority to Yimeng spirit and the socialist core value system, and they also should adhere to ethics strengthen construction, four unities of ideological and political theory course teachers, combination between traditional theoretical materials and university-based textbooks, and integration of teaching reform and practice development.
