Cultural Work “Thirteen Principles”: Context, Text and Practice——On Directive on Intellectuals and Intellectual Groups in Anti-Japanese Bases

1940年10月10日,中共中央宣传部、中央文化工作委员会联合下发了《关于各抗日根据地文化人与文化人团体的指示》,这份文件对于促进前期延安文艺的发展、繁荣起到了非常重要的作用。本文对这份文件出台的历史语境、政策文本及实践成效进行了深入的研究。文件提出的一些关于文化工作的原则符合文化工作规律,体现了其科学性、民主性,是值得我们思考和借鉴的。

on October 10th,The Propaganda Department of CCCPC and Central Cultural Committee issued Directive on Intellectuals and Intellectual Groups in Anti-Japanese Bases. This document play an important role in promoting artistic development and prosperous in Ynaan at the early period. This thesis studies the historical context,policy texts and practical achievements. Some principles provides by the document are in accordance with rules of cultural works, and reflects scientificalness and democracy,which gives reflections and references for people in modern era.
