郑万里、陈恒才合著的《中国灯都》,是一部描写中山古镇灯饰业的有特色的报告文学,作者以写行业史的方式来为一个城镇留下历史记忆,为一个行业留下人文影迹,并以跨界的视野来进行多方面的探索。就历史记忆而言,包括相关的历史渊源、历史地位和历史轨迹;就人文精神而言,包括欲望、诚信、尊严、创新与和谐;而就跨界探索而言,则包括"报告"+"文学""报告"+"经济"以及"文学"+"文化"这三个层面。

The Chinese Lantern, wrtten by Zheng Wanli and Chen Heng, is a distinctive reportage about the lighting industry of Zhongshan Town. The booklet shows the historical memores of the town and creates a hu-manistic image for the lighting industry by means of its development. Meanwhile, the author explores variety of aspects in a cross-border view, in terms of historical memory, including relevant historical origins, historical sta-tus and historical track. For human races, it includes desire, honesty, dignity, innovation and harmocomes to cross-border exploration, the thee aspects are included ＂ report＂ X ＂literature＂, ＂ report＂ X ＂ecand ＂ literature＂ X ＂culture＂.
