摘要
为了探讨中小学教师应对方式现状与特点,有的放矢地提出应对策略,采用"应对方式问卷"对1288名中小学教师进行调查。结果发现:(1)中小学教师应对方式在总体上处于中等水平,总结经验和调整心态因子平均得分最高,自我防御机制因子得分最低;(2)中小学教师应对方式总体或部分因子在性别、学历、年龄、教龄和任教年级上存在显著差异。
This study aims to describe primary and middle teachers' coping style. In doing so,"coping style scale"was used to investigate 1288 primary and middle teachers. The results indicate: 1: their coping style is at an intermediate level with highest scores in"summing up experience"and"adjusting mental attitude"and lowest score in"self defense". 2: there are significant difference in their coping style according to certain demographic variables, such as gender, educational background, age and the grades they are teaching.
