经济增长、保障房供给对房地产价格的影响分析

摘要 近年来,我国房地产价格仍然保持着较高的增长速度,人们对于房地产领域价格上涨的原因以及未来发展方向十分关注。文章通过理论分析以及提出假设的方式,对经济增长和保障房供给对于房地产价格影响进行了分析,通过选择变量和建立模型的方式对假设的正确性进行了验证,最后对得出的结果进行分析,从而判断出两者对于房地产价格产生的具体影响,希望为关注这一领域的人士提供一些参考意见。
