Financial Support and R&D Investment of Emerging Enterprises

从金融发展的角度对金融支持与新兴企业研发投资的关系进行理论分析与实证检验,结果表明,新兴企业研发投资的主要融资渠道是内源融资,同时,金融支持也能够促进新兴企业研发投资,股权融资与债务融资是研发投资的融资方式;且金融发展能够促进新兴企业的研发投资。

This paper study the relationship between the emerging enterprise R ＆ D investment and financial support from the perspective of financial development, the results show that the emerging envestment is the main financing channels of the inner financing. A t the same t im e, the financial supports promotethe emerging enterprise R＆D investment,equity financing and debt financing is financing ways of R ＆ D invest-ment ,R＆D investment and financial development can promote the emerging enterprises.
