大学生创新创业教育是地方高校综合性改革的重要内容。创新创业教育体系建设在地方高校起步较晚,在社会因素、定位不足、认识不足、缺乏教育资源与机制保障的限制下,地方高校创新创业教育举步维艰,需要结合自身特点将创新创业教育有机地融入人才培养方案和教育体系建设中,优化师资结构和保障机制。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students is an important content of compre-hensive reform of local colleges and universities. On one hand, innovation and entrepreneurship education system in the local colleges and universities started la te , on the other hand, i t is d if f ic u lt for local colleges and u n iv e r t i-ties proceed innovation and entrepreneurship education due to social fa c to rs, lack of knowledge, lack of educa-tional resources and mechanisms protection. Local colleges and universities need to combine their own character-istics into the personnel training programs and education system, optimize and improve the teaching staff and the mechanism protection.
