以橘子皮为原料制备生物质炭及其对Cr(VI)的吸附性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以橘子皮为原料,不同金属离子为活化剂,采用水热法制备生物质炭。红外图谱显示,制备的生物质炭表面具有丰富的含C、O的官能团,热重曲线表明,锌离子活化制备的生物质炭炭化率最高,对比不同生物质炭对Cr(VI)的吸附性能发现,锌离子活化制备的生物质炭对Cr(VI)的吸附能力也最大。通过探讨Cr(VI)的吸附影响因素发现,生物质炭对Cr(VI)的吸附容量随着pH值的降低、生物质炭用量的增加而增大,同时随着Cr(VI)初始浓度的增大而增大。 The biochar was prepared via hydrothermal method using orange peel as raw materials and different metal ions as activator. The structure and morphology of as _ prepared biochar was charac-terized by TG , XRD , SEM and F T - IR analysis. Th e performance of biochar prepared with different activator was explored for C r ( V I ) removal. Th e results revealed that abundant carbon and oxygen containing group were introduced on the surface of biochar. It was found that biochar prepared with zinc ion as activator has the highest carbonization degree, which also exhibited the best adsorption a- bility for Cr(VI).The adsorption ability of the biochar to Cr (V I ) increased with the decrease of pH values and the increase of the initial Cr (V I ) concentration and biochar dosage.
