摘要
以壳聚糖(CS)为原料制备了取代度为11.98%、40.86%、51.85%的壳聚糖季铵盐,再以PAN/无纺布为基膜,制备了壳聚糖季铵盐纳滤膜,采用SEM表征壳聚糖季铵盐纳滤膜形貌。结果表明,壳聚糖季铵盐纳滤膜的孔径约为200nm。采用原子吸收光谱法探究不同取代度对纳滤膜的截留性能的影响,结果表明,不同取代度所制备的纳滤膜对Cu^(2+)、Fe3+和Zn^(2+)的截留性能无显著影响,而对Pb^(2+)截留性能有显著影响。
In this paper,2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan(HACC)was prepared by chitosan and 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride as primary material and its degree of substitution(DS)was 11.98%、40.86%and 51.85%,respectively.Then HACC nanofiltration(NF)membrane was prepared with PAN/nonwoven polyester fabric as basic membrane.The morphology of the HACC NF membrane were characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the pore size of HACC NF membrane was approximately 200 nm.The rejection performances of NF membrane was also explored in the presence of the different degree of substitution(DS)by means of atomic absorption spectrophotometric instrument.The results indicated that the degree of substitution of HACC had no obvious effect on the rejection rate of Cu^(2+)、Fe3+and Zn^(2+),but had effect on the rejection rate of Pb^(2+).
