远志对坐骨神经干复合动作电位传导速度及兴奋性的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Polygala Tenuifolia on Conduction Velocity and Excitability of Complex Action Potential of Sciatic Nerve Trunk

摘要 为了探讨远志对坐骨神经干复合动作电位(AP)传导速度和兴奋性的影响,采用20只牛蛙随机分为对照组5只,实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组各5只。分离牛蛙坐骨神经后,对照组用任氏液、实验(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)组分别用浓度为0.457mg/mL、3.625mg/mL、14.625mg/mL的远志液对其进行处理。用MD3000生物信号采集处理系统测定各组牛蛙坐骨神经实验用液浸泡前、后神经干复合AP传导速度和兴奋性。结果表明:各组浸泡后与浸泡前的牛蛙坐骨神经复合AP传导速度平均比值依次为(101.25±16.00)%、(119.29±13.00)%、(96.25±6.00)%、(52.25±4.00)%;各组浸泡后与浸泡前的牛蛙坐骨神经AP振幅平均比值依次为(101.73±8.00)%、(119.29±13.00)%、(97.03±4.00)%、(11.89±3.00)%。经F检验,不同组间的坐骨神经AP传导速度比、振幅比的组间效应均为P<0.01,有极显著的差异。经多重比较,对照组与实验Ⅱ组间的速度比和振幅比没有显著性差异性,P>0.05;其余各组间均有极显著性差异,P<0.01。说明在体外,一定的低浓度远志液对神经传导速度和兴奋性均有促进作用,随着远志液浓度的升高,对神经传导/振幅的作用先为逐渐促进,后转为抑制作用。 To study the effects of polygala tenuifolia on the conduction velocity and excitability of com -plex action potentiaK AP ) of sciatic nerve trunk, 20 bullfrogs were randomly divided into the control group with 5 bullfrogs. The experiment group I with 5 bullfrogs, the experiment group II with 5 bull-frogs and the experiment group III with 5 bullfrogs. T he sciatic nerve trunk in the control group were treated with the Ringer solution, The sciatic nerve trunk in the experiment group I , II and IE were treated with the Polygala decoction 0.457 mg /mL, 3.625 mg / mL and 14.625 mg / mL respectively. The AP conduction velocity and amplitude were measured of the sciatic nerve's of the bullfrogs before and after being treated by MD3000 biological signal acquisition/treatment system. The experimental data showed that each group's average nerve conduction velocity ratio that after/before treated were (101.25 ±16.00) %, (119.29 土 13.00)%,(96.25 ±6.00)% and(52.25 ±4.00)%. T he nerve action potential amplitude's were (101.73 ±8. 0 0 ) %,(119.29 土 1 3 . 0 0 ) %,(97.03 ±4.00) % and(ll. 89 ±3. 00) % . By Ftest, the between - subjects effects were utterly and significantly different ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference in the ratio of the nerve conduction velocity and the amplitude be-tween the control group and the experiment group U , ( P 〉 0.05 ). As for others, there were very significant differences according to the multiple comparisons ( F〈 0.01 ). The effect of certain low concentration Polygala decoction on nerve conduction velocity and excitability would be promoted in vitro, as the Polygala concentration increased the effect on nerve conduction velocity/excitability which was gradually promoting at first, and than would be changed to inhibit when the concentration of Polygala decoction was getting higher and higher.
