道路运输企业安全投入规模及结构优化研究

Scale and Structure Optimization Research on Safety Investment for Road Transport Enterprise

针对道路运输企业安全投不足、安全投入分配不合理的状况,引入边际效益理论,定性分析了基于边际理论的道路运输企业安全投入问题的实质。结合道格拉斯生产函数对企业安全投入和生产投入的量进行调整,从而在总投入一定的情况使企业获得最大的边际安全效益。最后,运用灰色关联度分析方法找出事故经济损失和安全投入各分项之间的关联度数值,从而得到各分项安全投入对抑制事故经济损失的重要程度。为优化企业安全投入结构提供参考依据。

in the insufficient of safety investment and unreasonable distribution problem in road transport enterprise,the essence of security investment analyzed qualitatively based on the marginal theory by introducing marginal benefit theory.The amount of safety investment and production input are adjusted through the Douglas production function,and the maximal margin of safety benefits are acquired in the total safety input was obtained.Finally,by using grey related analysis method,the related degree values are found between accident cost and each subentry safety inputs.then the importance of each safety input to inhibition of accident economic loss are got,and it provide reference for the enterprise's safety investment structure.
