肥城市城乡居民基本养老保险发展的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Development of Basic Pension Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents in Feicheng

对肥城市城乡居民基本养老保险发展状况进行了调查分析。分析表明:肥城市城乡居民基本养老保险制度已经建立起来,并产生了较好的效益,但也存在筹资标准偏低、政府财政支持力度不够、基金管理不规范、政策宣传不到位、监管机制不完善等问题。为此,可以采取加大政府财政投入、完善基金管理、加强部门合作、深化缴费激励机制、强化监督管理等有效措施加以解决。

This paper makes a survey and analysis of the development of basic pension insurance for urban and rural residents in Feicheng.The result shows that Feicheng urban and rural residents in the basic old-age insurance system has been established,and have some good results,but there are also problems of low standard of fund-raising and government financial support is not enough,the fund management is not standardized,policy publicity,supervision mechanism is not perfect.Therefore,we can take effective measures to increase government financial input,improve fund management,strengthen departmental cooperation,deepen payment incentive mechanism and strengthen supervision and management.
