多信息系统合同流转数据监控系统的设计与实现

Design and Application of Multiple information System Contract Processing Data Monitoring System

为提升合同管理工作效率,设计了一套多信息系统合同流转数据监控系统。该系统通过信息集成平台获取各类合同数据,通过合同流转信息一览表、合同流转信息监控图两种方式实现合同流转数据的综合监控。应用效果表明,该系统的设计与应用,实现了合同关键节点的集中监控功能,满足了合同承办部门对合同各流转环节的监控要求,实现了合同归口部门对合同管理工作的整体把控,提升了合同管理工作效率。

In order to improve the efficiency of contract management work, a set of multiple information system contract processing data monitoring system is designed. All kind of contract data are got by information integration platform in the system. The integrated monitoring of contract processing data is realized by two ways including information list of contract processing and monitoring graph of contract processing information. Application results show that the centralized monitoring of key points of contract is realized by the design and application of the system which satisfies the monitoring requirement of all contract processing points by contract undertaking department and realizes the overall control of contract management work by contract centralized department and improves the efficiency of contract management work.
