某水电厂异常开机事件的原因分析及处理

Reason Analysis and Treament of Abnormal Unit Start-up Incident in a Hydropower Plant

对某水电厂2号机组停机过程中异常开机事件进行分析,发现LCU程序开出量模式、LCU程序清开出程序段以及开机闭锁条件存在问题。为了避免类似事件的发生,从机组LCU程序标准化、修改LCU程序开出模式和增加调速器开机闭锁条件等方面提出改进措施,确保了机组安全、可靠运行。

By the analysis of abnormal unit start-up incident during the shunt down process of No.2 generator in a hydropower plant, it is found that there are problems existed in the output value mode of LCU program, the output cleaning program segment of LCU program and start up locking condition. In order to avoid similar incident happening again, improvement measures are proposed from aspects of the standardization of unit LCU program, the modification of output value mode of LCU program and the addition of start-up locking conditions of speed governor, which guarantee the security and reliability operation of unit.
