摘要
用润湿状态下的快速冻融试验方法,对矿渣掺量分别为0%、10%、20%、30%的生态多孔混凝土进行了抗冻性能试验。分析了生态多孔混凝土强度损失率、相对动弹模量及质量损失率对抗冻性能的影响。试验结果表明:掺入矿渣试验组的质量损失率明显低于基准组;试验组的相对动弹性模量随矿渣掺量的增加先增后减,且均高于基准组,表明矿渣的掺入改善了生态多孔混凝土的相对动弹模量和质量损失,提高了生态多孔混凝土的抗冻性能;矿渣掺量为20%的生态多孔混凝土抗冻性能最佳。
Based on rapid freeze-thaw test method, under wetting state, the frost resistance test of eco-porous concrete containing slag is carried out when the slag content is 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% respectively. The effects of strength loss ratio, relative modulus of elasticity and mass loss rate on frost resistance of eco-porous concrete are analyzed. The results show that the mass loss rate of concrete containing slag is significantly lower than that of the reference group, the relative dynamic modulus of elastic of the experimental group increases at first, and then decreases with the increasing of the slag content, but the loss rates are all higher than the reference group. Furthermore, the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity, frost resistance and mass loss late of eco-porous concrete containing slag are improved, and the frost resistance of eco-porous concrete is the best when the slag content is 20%.
