目前,染色红烧肉、地沟油烹制的水煮鱼等食品,让人们对饮食的安全性产生了质疑。但很多食品离不开添加剂,因为食品添加剂可以改善食品品质、延长食品保存期、便于食品加工和增加食品营养成分。所以,对于相关工作人员来说,怎样合理使用食品添加剂,确保人们饮食安全才是最为实际的工作。下面笔者就来具体讨论一下食品添加剂在烹饪中的安全使用问题。
