高效液相色谱-质谱联用法测定白酒中三氯蔗糖 被引量:6

摘要 本文采用液质联用法建立了分析白酒中微量甜蜜素的方法,以甲醇和水为流动相,样品稀释10倍测定,采用多反应方式(MRM)进行检测。最低检出限为0.5 mg/kg,最低定量限为1 mg/kg,平均回收率为102.6%~105.1%,最大相对标准偏差为2.3%。采用浓香型和酱香型白酒加标回收,重复性良好,且能在3 min内完成一次进样分析,该方法简单快捷,抗干扰性强,结果可靠,可用于白酒中三氯蔗糖的检测。 A method was developed for the analysis of trace cyclamate in white wine by liquid chromatography. The sample was diluted 10 times with methanol and water as mobile phase, and detected by multiple reaction mode (MRM). The minimum detection limit is 0.5mg/kg, the minimum quantitative limit is lmg/kg, the average recovery is 102.6%-105.1%, and the maximum relative standard deviation is 2.3%. Use of Luzhou flavor liquor and make the recovery, good reproducibility, and can complete a sample analysis in 3min, the method is simple and efficient, strong anti-interference, reliable results and can be used to detect three sucralose in liquor.
